Consumer Journey for an idea

Thank you to continue reading and support us. As an idea, or we could say as a business or project there is a process. We have our team and internal support that we relay in the day-to-day. But, there is an important aspect that we could forget... it is the customer who supports the operation of the idea.


They (the customer or client) are also have the dedication to their experience. In order to put some faces and steps they are:

  1. Awareness

  2. Consideration

  3. Purchase

  4. Retention

  5. Advocacy

Here you can find a graph according to different marketing tools. Each of them, or all of them could be overwhelming but they need to pay attention. Depending on the stage that you are in your business, you could apply one phase or all of them. Or you might choose on bullet point for each of them to start the implementation, and later you can add more.
